Best Partner” was established by Mr. Albert Huang in 1981 and started with exporting the components of air-conditioner & Refrigerator. After years of efforts, “Best Partner” becomes a famous professional trading company whom specializes in components of air-conditioner & Refrigerator, equipments of A/C or refrigerator factory and turn-key projects.
“Best Partner” has a great reputation in the air-conditioner field. Our company is one of the excellent importer & exporter of the Top 3000 listed companies in honor by Taiwan Ministry Economic Affairs for many years. (There are more than 150,000 trading companies in Taiwan doing exporting and importing business.)
In order to satisfy the customer’s needs, Best Partner invested in Air-conditioner manufacturing and established our own factory in 1998. It is the first step of Best Partner to become a bigger business group. As the business has been growing sustained we moved our factory to Ling-Kou for expanding the productions in 2001 and “Best Partner Industry Company” was found formally. At the same time, we set up another factory, BESTECH Industrial Company, in China with 20,000m2 space.
As a result, Best Partner becomes more competitive in the field.
Due to the increasing business opportunities in domestic market of air conditioning Best Partner established a new company, KAMPO International Limited Company, in 2002 and created our own brand “Formosa” and “Kampo”.
To be more competitive, Best Partner diversified into the material recycling business and invested “MUCHFORTUNE Tech Company”. The company set up many different divisions for various businesses such as IT & electronic components, auto parts, and homecare products.

Our company invests significant funds annually in employee education and training. This is to achieve continuous process improvement, reduce defects, minimize waste, and commit to energy-saving and waste-reduction for the environment. Best Partner is a professional agent and sales company for refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and parts, electronic products, special functional acrylics (such as hardening, anti-glare, multi-layer coating), electroforming nameplates, heat transfer nameplates, and lithium battery protectors for laptops. Therefore, there is no wastewater, waste gas, or waste from the production process. Only general domestic sewage and waste are produced in the actual operation process and various management activities, which have minimal environmental impact. However, based on our obligation to protect the earth's environment and corporate social responsibility, we will continue to work with suppliers to carry out environmental management activities and become an effective green supply chain organization.
In 2005, we further promoted the construction of the ISO 14001 environmental management system, aiming to integrate it with the ISO 9001 quality system and implement it in all supply chain activities. From the raw materials of suppliers to the shipment of finished products, we gradually pursue compliance with restricted substance requirements, achieving the goal of continuous improvement and pollution prevention.

Best Partner Trading Company was duly established on October of 1981 and has achieved ISO-9002 certification on July of 2000 and subsequently achieved in 2003 its ISO-9001 certification, the International Standard for World Class Quality Management Systems, based upon its business philosophy “ Customer’s Interest, Professionalism & Sincerity, Quality Importance, and Friendliness that’s Conducive to Business Success” as business principles. Everyone at Best Partner Trading Co. will comply with and practice overall product quality development and environmental protection activity to promote the conservation of the environment to meet our customer satisfaction and expectations. Since our company put great importance on our environmental programs in preserving our Mother Earth and our responsibility to the community, we practice the environmental protection activity in cooperation with suppliers to promote as green supply chain and apply for ISO-14001 (Environmental Management Standard) and hopefully that this will integrate with ISO-9001 (Quality Management System) so as to implement both on our supply chain system from supplier parts and materials to finished goods to make sure that it is in compliance with ROHS directive and in accomplishment of our goal of constant improvement.

- 2012 BESTPULSE Co. was established and opened two free experience shops within a year.
- 2013 BESTPULSE Co. expanded to have a first franchised shop in June.
- 2014 BESTPULSE Co. was established and opened one free experience shop in Taipei city (Guting) .
- 2016 BESTPULSE Co. was established and opened two free experience shops in Taipei city (Shuang Lian) and Taichung city.
